Because of our continuing growth at Contract Flooring Solutions Ltd we are always on the lookout for good floor fitters and fitting teams to work on our nationwide contracts. This page is for floor fitters that are currently searching for either direct employment or self-employed / sub-contracting work in and around the areas of Bromsgrove, Crawley, Manchester, Milton Keynes and Peterborough. Floor fitters in any of the recognised disciplines will be considered including carpet, vinyl, LVT, wood, laminate and more specialist sub-floor preparation. DIRECT EMPLOYMENT
For those looking for direct employment at Contract Flooring Solutions Ltd. Applicants must be clean, presentable and hard working. Experience is preferable but full training, continual development and PPE will be provided (including CSCS qualification). Opportunities to learn new floor laying disciplines and to broaden skill sets (for even the most accomplished of floor fitters). Driving license is preferable but not essential. PPE, tools and vehicles will be provided. Must be able to work in a team and be willing to travel. Standard working hours are 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday, plus overtime (must be flexible and willing to start early / finish late and to work some weekends to get the job done). Four weeks holiday per year plus statutory. Weekly payments and good rates of pay with salary dependent on experience and skills. Immediate start available.
SELF-EMPLOYED / SUB-CONTRACTING

Must be experienced, fully insured and able to adhere to company health and safety policy, with valid CSCS card and own PPE, tools and transport.
